Agentic AI for Off-Highway Vehicles

Background

Traditional optimization of off-highway applications relies on rule-based systems and manual interventions. However, these systems reach their limits when it comes to unpredictable conditions like terrain changes, weather fluctuations, or the complex coordination of multiple vehicles.

Optimizing off-highway vehicles requires intelligent automation based on real-time vehicle and sensor data. Agentic AI enables machines to autonomously respond to changing conditions, make processes more efficient, and meet regulatory requirements.

Task

Develop a prototype/concept that utilizes Agentic AI to more intelligently control and optimize off-highway vehicles. The focus is on the following areas:

  • Adaptive Route Planning
  • Fleet Coordination
  • Predictive Maintenance
  • Automated Reporting & Compliance
  • Connected Tires
