The Siemens Energy Challenge: On the hunt for innovations
Siemens Energy set the participants the challenging task of developing a solution for „Remote Offline Asset Localisation and Tracking for Ground Robots“. The challenge was to design a concept for an offline AR navigation app that could act as a „brain“ for robots.

Over a period of 14 days, the participants worked intensively on their solutions. The focus areas, including energy management, industrial wireless, artificial intelligence & machine learning, CO2-neutral production, Industry 4.0 and hydrogen & fuel cells, reflected the diversity and relevance of industrial innovations.
